Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Phoenix and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
