Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Keystone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
