Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Phoenix region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
