Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Associates is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 267 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
