Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Timber Financial serves customers across Philadelphia with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
