Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Hollow Health is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling.
