Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Cedar Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
