Ironwood Yarrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Orlando serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
