Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Orlando, FL)

Bright North Construction is a Orlando contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
