Westbrook Linden Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
