Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Iron Construction Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
