Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Ivory Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
