Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
