Nova Quill Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
