Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
