Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Fox Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Nashville region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
