Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Foods and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
