Bluepeak Ridge Pharma is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
