Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Medical and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
