Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
