Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Memphis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
