Nova Logistics is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 397 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
