Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Umber Care Services supports families and individuals in Memphis with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 920 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
