Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
