Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Juniper Foods is a Memphis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
