Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Banking Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
