Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Foods and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Madison. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
