Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Madison. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Madison. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
