Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
