Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Orchard Health is a healthcare provider in Las Vegas with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
