Bright Drift Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
