Stonegate Harbor Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
