Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Keystone Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
