Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Banking Services is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
