Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath River Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
