Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
