Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Kansas City with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
