Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Loom Insurance is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
