Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Jackson, MS)

Cedar Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Jackson focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
