Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Drift Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Jackson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
