Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Linden Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jackson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
