Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Bright Meridian Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 201 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
