Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Insurance and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
