Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Houston, TX)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Houston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
