Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Hartford, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
