Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Linden Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
