Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
