Lumen Hollow Energy is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
