Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Grand Rapids with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
