Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vista Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
